A sprawling highschool, largest within the city. For the many thousands of kids that attend this city it's hell. Truthfully it's a rather fine school.

A massive city-run college that offers Thelotia's middle class a chance at a higher education.

This building provides security for the entire district. The small plaza provides a good place for people to gather, right under the watchful eye of the district police.
