Kyros wasn't a bodyguard, his entire job had been rooting out rebels and killing them so naturally the plan where they got to plan the attack was far more satisfying sounding than waiting for Ataxia to show himself. Of course he wasn't entirely sure how this team preferred to operate... well, worth voicing his opinion. "I'd rather go after the dragon." Kyros said as he crossed his arms and leaned back in his chair, "So long as we got some solid information I'd want to take him by surprise. I'd prefer to take a beast like that out from miles away with a sniper, but I'm not exactly the Twin Dragons here... no matter, a single bullet to his head before he causes any problems would be what I'd do."
The old knights of Ellusia might have complained that there was no honor in assassinations but if the man could truly change into the dragon-like beast then a fair fight wasn't even a option. Honor never did keep anyone alive, anyway...

"If you want to get a bullet in his head then you're going to need to take him by surprise and you're going to need to do it quickly." Hood pointed across again at the picture of Ataxía, this time in particular motioning to the second frame where his body had morphed and changed.
"I've watched bullets bounce right off that ugly hide of his and he stopped a moving train car with brute force alone. If we're fighting this man then we need a plan and we need a good one, we need something to lure him out and we need to know for definite exactly what it is that we're doing." He looked around the room at everyone else. "I don't want to have to go into a fight with this guy worried about keeping any of you alive as well." His gaze moved around the room now, he knew the Ellusians could handle themselves, and he had a feeling that most of the Presidential Guard could take care of themselves as well, but a little bit of motivation never hurt anyone did it?
"Anyone have any ideas?"

It wasn't a sound that would have caused much alertness, the sound of people rising quickly to their feet, after all they were in a place frequented by high ranking military officers, people jumping to their feet was a common thing. Yet as the doors flew open everyone in the room would leap to their feet in order to show the proper respect to what was the strongest man in Thelotia; President Darion Exusia.
The older man examined the room carefully with a no hint of emotion on his face. "At ease." He grumbled as he walked through, finding his chair by Captain Hood. "Have you treated everyone to an overview of the situation here yet, Captain?" The President asked as he seated himself in the chair. The pictures on the desk caught his attention, Ataxia was one of the men at the brief and futile peace talks. Ataxia was perhaps the definition of the person Darion couldn't stand - he was fighting in a country that he wasn't born in, had no links to and for what? Some higher calling?
In Darion's book Ataxia was the same as Icos, although he had to admit if he had to choose one to die he would have chosen Ataxia... that way at least the Empire wouldn't be looking to make his life a living hell. He imagined that's what those two Ellusian were here to do, anyway. If that was all of it though, that would have been easy to handle...

Javier watched as Hood and the president came in, and took a seat. Javier then looked back at the screen, and looked at Ataxia, in his dragon state. Javier paused for a moment to see if anyone else had anything to say before he spoke up.
"So his target is most likely the Prime Minister, correct? Why not set up a trap at the Prime minister's house? Let him walk into the trap. Put snipers in the distances, and make traps in the building that would spring and capture or kill him? and if worst comes to worst, have Captain Hood and his squad live there until he is captured." Javier said, "Or we could have people infiltrating his group, and get the information on him, that way, and then jump him then."

"Unfortunately, we don't have the jurisdiction." Hood chimed up in response to Javier, sitting down haven saluted the President. "Technically, we only have the rights to protect the President, which the Prime Minister is so lovingly reminding us every time we suggest an occupation of his home... Whatever he's up to, he clearly doesn't want anybody to know about it. As for infiltrating the group? Nigh impossible, we've been trying for almost a year to have someone infiltrate the Anarchists without success. It appears that our target has some rather strict procedures on entry to their little group." Hood sighed.
"The closest we can get to an ambush is having troops stationed outside of the Prime Minister's house and then move in as soon as there is some kind of commotion, at that point we can officially claim we're protecting the peace and not worry about breaking any rules that the Prime Minister might like to preach, besides, when we're saving his life I'm sure he won't complain... However, the only hitch with that plan is that I fear we'd only be able to go in when it's too late." He gaze moved across to President Exusia.
"What do you think, Sir? I mean... If you want my personal opinion, capturing Ataxía is a number one priority, a priority that maybe stands higher on the list than the protection of the Prime Minister..."
Hood was hardly being sly in his suggestion. He was asking the President if he wanted them to sacrifice the Prime Minister to Ataxía in order to capture the Dragon-Slayer.

The President and the Prime Minister had very different ideas of policies. The Prime Minister had absolutely refused to sign any bills that allowed furthered funding for security, which meant the Prime Minister had blocked funds to increase the size of the military and even an ambitious security system that would put a security camera on every main road, it was 'not fiscally responsible and a breach of the people's privacy'. They could have caught the Dragon-Slayer already if they had that system.
"He was always talking about early retirement." The President said in his usual gruff tone. Could they even catch the Dragon-Slayer though? The President would like the man captured but he would be just as happy if the man was dead and not causing them any more problems. They had captured one Amorite Dolus not that long ago and he managed to escape a prison off in another continent, holding people like them back was a rather difficult thing to do.

Minno sat quietly in her seat, pen pulled out and quickly running along pale white paper. All that she heard she marked. She'd heard of this Dragon Slayer on numerous occasions. He had proved to cause a lot of problems to their cause and needed to be eliminated. Of course, she couldn't help but think that they had other matters to concern themselves to. Although Icos El-Eron had died months before, Minno felt that perhaps they should find clues on the murderer of him and avenge all who had died. It would be best to win the approval of the people and such acts like that would, indeed, have many leaning towards them rather than the rebellion. However, she knew that that wasn't their concern at the moment. Right now, they held the sole goal of finding the murderer of the current people.
She stared at her paper, jotting down small ideas that seemed to swim in her mind.
At the entrance of the President, Minno rose up in respect - standing until the President took his seat. After a few ideas, Minno stopped her writing.
"There are more than one ways to skin a cat. While I do agree he MUST be taken care of, I also, agree with you, Hood. We need a swift, yet clean, procedure. I would say to have a decoy, but I'm sure that the Prime Minister wouldn't agree to such things. If we follow along with Hood's idea, I'm very certain that things would possibly go according to plan." She nibbled her lip, trying to imagine things as it took place. Clearly the Dragon Slayer had abilities. They'd have to go on a whim on exactly what he could do and how long it would last. Then odds were that he wouldn't go alone. He would most likely bring, perhaps as little as 3 people with him in order to get things over with QUICKLY. She could play it out already. It wouldn't be easy. She knew for a fact they would lose men - a tragedy that she wasn't exactly too keen on. With hopes, she prayed that any idea they would have would go through smoothly.

Decode's ebony locks fell over her white wrists. With head propped along her palm, she found herself in another world. She was running in blood stained lilies with her sister and brother. It was nice, minus all the annoying screaming of the people they were chasing. Her day dream was interrupted by Hood's smooth voice and she found herself listening intently. For a moment, she hadn't had the single clue in who they were talking about; however, after seeing the photographs, she knew EXACTLY what was happening. A man-hunt. There was nothing that she loved more than a good ol' fashion 'FIND THIS FUCKER AND CAPTURE/KILL HIS ASS'. She used to play it as a kid and as she got older guns were used instead of tree branches.
She listened to all of their word, favoring Javier's words a bit more than others. Violence always made her happy and the idea of snipers thrilled her. What gave her even more shivers was the idea that they could do a sneak ambush, swoop in just when the rebellion decides to do whatever to the Prime Minister. Frankly, she didn't give to flying fuckisicles about anyone in politics. Yeah she respected the president but what happened to him wasn't anything concerning her. The Prime Minister wasn't any different. She literally didn't give a fuck about his life. He was probably some funky old fuck with those old patches of brown old people got. She figured that he smelled like expired, bad cologne and mothballs dipped in piss. It would be good for him to die off and she partially wanted to allow Ataxia to have his way fucking up the guys face. That would give her a reason to use brute force on the Dragon Slayer.
Despite disliking Minno at the moment, Decode couldn't agree more. In fact, she was rather glad that the woman spoke up. It wasn't long before she got suspicious about her, though. Minno was agreeing with Hood a lot and that was something she couldn't accept. 'They fucking totally are fucking fucking!! FUCK!' Decode thought for a moment with displeasure. Quickly remembering that she was on duty, she pushed all of the anger aside ( something that was horrible impossible).
"Well if we're gonna even THINK about doing that, we need to figure out how we're gonna KEEP him. Should I have to remind everyone about the LAST time we got someone rebelling. He ended up breaking free and now he's probably living the fucking life out there. If we're gonna capture someone, I think we should at least have the right shit to KEEP them captured. I don't like failure and as of late I feel like the good job that we used to do is damn well gone," Decode grumbled, loud enough for the others to hear.
"I say, we get him. Tire him out or sedate him and get him the fuck out of there. And if we have to, kill anyone who is with him. Take out the queen bee and all the workers die. Hell, we could even take everyone of them hostages. If this Ataxia fellow could talk, we could make others talk or at least FORCE him to talk by inflicting pain on his workers. That'll make him squeal."
Her eyes looked around the room, getting this strange stare from Decode. "I mean, that's just a freaking thought. You guys are the brains. I just like fucking up people and shit."

"Usually we capture soldiers to figure out about their plans or where their leaders are but if this Dragon Slayer is the Anarchist leader I see the gains we take as being marginal. Let's just sit in the bushes, wait for him to come and put a bullet in his head." Kyros made sure to let everyone know what his stance on the situation was. Trying to capture the man seemed far too risky once you considered the powers he had.
His gaze shifted between Minno and Decode as he judged their character well. Minno seemed to have her head screwed on correctly while Decode seemed... well, she seemed like an absolutely unreliable soldier who sought glory over the success of the mission. It was precisely as their files said. "But I am a guest to this city, perhaps you like to do things differently..."
If Minno had voiced confidence in capturing the Dragon Slayer that would have been it for Kyros's resistance. No offense to Captain Hood (whose record was very impressive) but Minno had far more experience and for a soldier like Kyros her word was far above a young man's like Captain Hood (Decode's opinion meant very little to him right now). She had yet to say anything on the idea and Kyros wasn't at all enthusiastic about it.

Decode's eyes fell over Kyros and a slow slim smile pulled her lips. It wasn't at ALL kind nor did it hold the slightest bit of respect. Interlocking her fingers and leaning forward so that she was closer to the table, she let out a soft scoff-like laugh. "Funny. I forgot that you were here," Decode peeped, narrowing her eyes at the man. "With YOU being a guest, I think it would better for you to listen and maybe soak in what WE, have to say. You can give your two cents when someone actually gives a fuck." Her eyes moved to Minno, who gave her a bit of a look. For a moment, she was considering flipping the woman off, but she decided against it and instead cleared her voice.
"I mean, we ALL have opinions that we'd like to share and in MY opinion SOME of these opinions seem rather 'soft'. I say we show who's in control and by doing that we get what we want. We have these 'Anarchists' as the street calls them running the shit around here. A few months ago, one stole my stuff."
She smirked at the thought of her own future revenge but offered a slender hand to grasp one of the photographs of the battered man. "Do you think that for a second we need to be soft and kind and do things the way YOU want when some is going around doing THIS to people's faces? I'd like to see this guy go against you and we'll see how long you last." Realizing, what she said, she tried smoothing it out with a few calm words. "All that I'm saying is, I don't wanna be a weakness. I don't want to SHOW any weakness. I'm not sure how it is in your prancing pony world, Mr. KYROS, but here power is everything and showing your form of compassion isn't gonna win us any battles."

Minno let out a light sigh at Decode's person anger. She foresaw this happening the moment that she entered the room and saw the young woman seated at the table. The woman was a ticking time bomb, threatening to go off at ANY time. Dangerous and unpredictable, part of Minno was sure that Decode would jump across the table at and attack their guest. Deciding to intervene for a moment so that she could perhaps neutralize the building tension between the Ellusian and the Astérian, Minno spoke loud enough to draw both of their attentions. "Certainly we can do this without swearing and without our threats or our insults, Karren. I think, that before we start doing things rash and out of control, we look at EVERYTHING. Study EVERYTHING. I'm sure we can do this without killing people and without torture. We KNOW this man needs to be captured and I'd prefer that we don't scare our people with what we do. Anarchists are everywhere. If we apprehend this Dragon Slayer cruelly, don't you think our people will find out? If we behave like savages, we won't have the people on our side. Now, Mr. Kyros is here and is offering good advice. I say that we at least take SOME of what he is saying and try enforcing maybe even just a bit of it in what we feel is also appropriate," Minno added, eyes focused on Karren mainly.

"We get Ataxía whether it's dead or alive, it makes little difference to me." Hood stated bluntly as he scratched at an eyebrow. "The man's nothing more than a menace at the moment, if we can capture him and interrogate some information out of them, then great, if not and he catches a bullet and dies, then I won't be shedding tears any time soon, let's put it that way." It was an honest opinion, he didn't particularly lean towards either Minno trying to keep things civil or Decode wanting to blow everything sky high. So long as he got what he wanted, which was Ataxía off of the streets, no longer a threat. He didn't address the little spat between Decode and Kyros, Mr. Mistis was certainly a big man and he admired Decode's attitude being able to stand up to him. He let out a sigh as he stood up.
"Alright, here's the plan, then. Minno, seeing as you're so fond of him, I want you to take Sergeant Mistis and his son to the Prime Minister's residence. Recce the place, see what kind of cover there is, places that we could potentially set up an ambush," His gaze moved back down to the pictures in front of them. "I expect a report to be back here by the end of the day with the right measurements, ambush points, locations that Ataxía could arrive from, possible locations for snipers, but also keep your eyes peeled. It's perfectly possible that Ataxía already has men out doing the exact same thing, so play it safe, the last thing we want is a firefight in the middle of the streets right outside the Prime Minister's home."
He scratched at the back of his head as he looked across at Javier and Decode, he was determined to use these moments wisely, this was their chance to get a step ahead of the Anarchists.
"Decode, you're in a fight with a man much bigger than you, and it's perfectly possible that bullets bounce straight off of him... How do you go about winning that fight?"
He hated to admit it, but out of all of them, Decode seemed to have the most sharp, animalistic fighting instincts in the group, if anyone knew how to take on a man twice their size, it would be her. Then they'd simply take that strategy and put it on a larger scale to accommodate all of them.

Minno let out a frustrated sigh. Hood and Decode. They were quite the violent pair. It seemed so obvious that they were aiming SOLELY for the violent approach, as if aggression would answer all of lives questions. With a light scoff, she was unsure if she should even CONTINUE sketching down ideas. It was obvious that Hood was leaning deep into Karren's ruthless favor. She even surprised by that. They BOTH had a reputation for being horrifically brutal - hence a perfect match in her mind. They were dangerous and while that was good to have them on their side, she couldn't entirely trust EITHER of them. They were both unpredictable and that was the scary part. She found herself tapping her pen on the table in annoyance. 'These young fools,' she thought with a light growl. 'Is peace not in today's society, nowadays?' She remembered all they they had done in the past few months and found her memories answering her own question.
She was drawn to attention and the light call of her name. "And the last thing that I want is unnecessary blood shed on my hands. We'll be sharp.

Decode smiled at the obvious irritation of the BETTER decision. Decode just COULDN'T get it. Why was she so reluctant to be ... peacible? Frankly, with the Anarchists and Rebels going against the higher people, she'd think that MAYBE the older woman would knock some sense into them with her 'oh so amazing' abilities or whatever. But NOOO. She was resistant about what was right and that was what made her weak. Minno cared too much about people. First it was her kid and now it was this dude who'd decided to be a MAJOR threat to their group. It was stupid and she just couldnt understand how someone could be so ... so ... so soft. Taking a moment to chew some gum, as Minno decided to silently drown on about Minno shit, Adam's deliciously fluid voice flew into her ears - sending shivers down her spine. Her eyes moved over to him, unable to stop the smirk that had pulled her glossed lips.
Upon his question, offered a soft smile. As if contemplating whether to crawl over it to him, she leaned forward onto the table. "That's simple. We're taking on the assumption that 'Hey, his armor can stop bullets.' With that same assumption, you can also conclude that knives and blades won't do shit against him. So ordinary weapons are pretty much useless until you get pass that armor."
She leaned back for a minute, nibbling on her finger. "An explosion MIGHT work, but I'm not sure what extent of damage of damage he'd be able to take." She twirled around in her seat a bit. "To be able to crash a skull like that also means that hand to hand combat is probably not something we'd be able to do. The only ideas that I THINK I have are still you know, trying to take image into my head."
Turning to face the table after her series of childish spins, she crossed her arms over her chest. "Considering how difficult we're wound in actually INFLICTING damage on him with gunfire, it wouldn't exactly be an easy task, but then again, where is the fun in having things easy? We'd have to remove that armor. While I prefer exploitations and blasting chunks of this 'Dragon Slayer' all over the place, speed would be a great option. If he's bigger, he certainly can't be faster than you. At least, you shouldn't let him be. The idea of BREAKING the armor also comes to mind."
She let out a soft snort. "Or we could just torture a loved on and watch him suffer and give in. Of course, the only fun in that is the torture and none in the 'bash some skulls' department." She let out a soft whine. "If that armor wasn't in the way, it would be a lot less troublesome."

When Kyros was younger he was just like Decode, eager for glory and violence his commander compared people like him to sell swords of old seeking glory and gold from whatever conflict was plaguing the land. 'Your ambition will destroy you and those who you call your brothers', his commander had told him all those years ago. Finally he understood why his commander was so frustrated by people like him... they were rather obnoxious. Kyros found no point in arguing with the Thelotian right now so he merely bowed his head a bit and flashed a charming smile.
"The lady will fight for what she believes, very well." Kyros made a glance back at Vee before looking over at Captain Hood he fell silent as he waited for Decode to answer. Not much liking what Decode had to say he decided to suggest something of his own, "There are fast acting poisons we might be temped to use and I've seen a high caliber bullet punch through dragon scales before. Perhaps a poison coated bullet might do the trick?" Granted the dragon scales had been on an old, fossilized skeleton they found deep in the Protian desert but it was said dragon scales never grew weak no matter how much time passed.
