Acutus had seemingly ghosted up beside his sister, this man was clearly something to do with the IIA, but Acutus had just buried his friend, and the last thing he wanted right now was some high up bureaucrat trying to bury them either in questions, or in paperwork. It was evident in the expression on Acutus' face that he was clearly not in the mood for whatever it was that this man was offering, no doubt his sister who knew him just as well as himself, would recognise the way that his right hand drifted slightly behind his back. When he had been younger, Acutus had discovered a great opening punch for a fight where he'd hide his right hand, jab with his left and then hit them with a solid right hook. Ever since then, he'd always instinctively moved his right hand behind his back when he felt threatened in any way, shape or form.
"Pardon my impudence." He muttered, clearly not caring whether he was pardoned or not. "But I've just buried one of my best friends, so no matter what Division you come from, I'd like to politely request the proper allocated time to grieve my losses." It was bullshit, obviously, he didn't want to get tied up in any more IIA business because he wanted to go to Thelotia and make whoever had caused all this pay. The last thing he needed was being sent on some useless mission.

"Well that is why we need to talk to you three." Ira said as he looked at the three agents, noting the hostility coming form Acutus. He adjusted his tie with his left hand and he resumed with his business. "I learn that you three were not only Agent El-Eron's friend, but also fellow agents, working in Thelotia. Now I cannot talk about it much here, however if you are interested in finding his killer and getting justice, I might insist that you come along with us."
Ira raised his right hand and waved it in the air. As he did, a tinted window car pulled up. The shadow man open the driver door, and sat in it, as Ira open the back door, and waited for them to make their decision.

Natalia couldn't agree with her brother more, if they wanted them to sign some papers or even throw them in jail they could at least have the dignity to wait for them to bury Icos. Yet they didn't appear to want any of that from them, and the lure of getting justice for Icos was a strong pull for her. Her eyes drifted back to Acutus, "Maybe we should..." She suggested in a hushed voice.
Otherwise they'd stay here for a bit, pay respect to Icos's parents and reunite with their own family who were somewhere in the crowd (their father being one of the head generals it was natural that he attended). Perhaps at least here they could speak about what was to happen next, she really wanted revenge and the IIA would be the best route to that.

Zahkriit looked at the man, and then he looked at the car. He started to ponder about what this was about, could it be a possible justice for Icos by getting into the car. And why would this man claim to be in the 13th division, that doesn't exist. He let his curiosity get the better of him again, as he walked over to the car and sat in it. He took a sigh, thinking what will come of this.

Ira nodded as he got into the front and the car sped off among the crowd, dodging and weaving around the other cars and pulled into a small alley way. It drove right to the wall, and then the wall opened up and the car parked as the wall shut behind itself. The room was openish, having room for the car, and had a table and a few chairs. Ira then got out and walked to the table. "This is suitable, and safe." Ira said, as he sat down, pulled out folders, and opened it up.

Zahkriit looked around in the room, shocked that room like this actually existed. He then sat down at table, and looked at the file. "Okay, so what the hell is this place? And division 13? There are only 12 divisions in IIA." Zahkriit said, with an attitude to Ira. Whatever this man's game was, Zah wanted to know what is going on.

Natalia had followed the two into the room, she felt uncomfortable and yet driven to see what was in store. Of course the room they entered made her even far more uncomfortable, mostly because the room seemed like a place where they would bring people to be killed. She combed her hair back and glanced towards Ira before another man stepped into the room. He had thin, dark hair that was slicked back and black facial hair that hugged his chin before overreaching up to his lips.
The man was dressed in a soft black suit and white shirt underneath. He looked between the group and gave a smile, "Did you explain anything to them, Ira? They look terrified." He chuckled as he rounded the desk and sat down on one of the chairs. Reaching into his pocket he pulled out a half eaten apple from his pocket, taking a bite of it and regretting it immediately as it tasted... weird. He tossed the apple to the side.

"No sir. I felt it might have been safer if we discussed about this." Ira said as he slid some paper to the agents. He then looked at Zahkriit, and cleared his throat. "First, there are 12 IIA divisions, official. However, there is another division that is kept secret from the public, and from the other divisions of the IIA. Division 13 is the division in which we do the Empire's work that it wants done." He then looked at the folder, and then back at them, "Second, why I brought you here is because you guys were close to Icos, and honestly, your work in the Thelotia, and Zoi area with him will be very beneficial for our investigation. We were asked into looking into and capturing the one responsible for your friend and C.O.. I figure that since you knew him that you might be able to give some insight to enemies or anyone that would be the cause for the bombing. If we capture this guy, we will have to interrogate him or her. And frankly, our sleeves are willing to be stained for the order from the empire." "I figure that you will be interested in find the son of the bitch, and with your impressive backgrounds, it might be helpful for both of our parties if we teamed up. You can have your time request off to grieve, but this is a one time offer I'll make. Are you interested in joining?" Ira said as he looked at him.

Natalia listened carefully as the man spoke. This wasn't what she exactly expected but was pleasantly pleased at what she heard. Natalia was very aware that the Empire would be looking for those responsible within a quick time, because honestly the public was eager for blood and if they didn't find someone to draw blood from the people would draw the blood themselves - which was never a good thing.
The other man, who was still chewing the old apple in his mouth made a painful sound as he swallowed it, giving a cough that sounded like he was choking it down. "Ah, gah. That wasn't very well done, you have to speak to their inner warrior, make them want to shed blood! Come on, I nearly died from that speech. That or it was that abomination that was once an apple." He leaned in and look towards Zahkriit and Natalia, "Listen; I'm all up for letting time to grieve, but not long. The people want blood... the Empress want blood and I'm tired of sharpening my nails on bastards. We're going with or without you. Understand?"
Natalia gave a simple nod, "I understand." She agreed, "I need time though. A week is all I need, time to work things out, okay?"
"A week is what the lady asks and we'll be here waiting..." He said simply, "But a week only."

Zahkriit listened to the other man talking, and then Natalia getting a week off before this mission was to begin. Zahkriit did enjoy the idea to be able to visit his mother for a small bit before having to go back to the mission, but he didn't want to stay around here. "Sir, if this is all the meeting, then I gladly accept to join the investigation and take my week off." He stood up and gave a bow to both.
