While Thelotia found prosperity, To Chameno found the opposite. These slums are tucked up between the Deep Mountains and Skotadi Forest. It hosts all manner of scum and has been under martial law for nearly a century.

A forest the expands almost the entire eastern half of Northern Zoi, it is easily one of the most dangerous places in Zoi. Dense and filled with violent creatures, the government of Thelotia have forbidden entrance into it.

One of the largest rivers in the world, it stretches from one half of Northern Zoi to the other. Its width and speed are incomparable, so ferocious that it is able to sweep ships straight out into the ocean with little effort.

Great wide open fields stretching from Thelotia to Gefyra City contain everything from small villages to expansive farms. It's a very beautiful sight to see until it becomes dark - that is when creatures lurk out of Skotadi Forest and the area becomes very dangerous.

Home to some of the largest companies in the world, this place is always crowded with thousands of people either going to work or shopping at the various stores.

Center of Northern Zoi, a great political scientist once put it. However, the politics and actions that occur in this region effect not just Northern Zoi, but places far beyond that.

The smallest of all the district, it serves its purpose to provide a stable and secure religion for the city. The people of Thelotia view their religion as a very important aspect of their lives.

Large quantities of fresh goods are sold in these narrow streets. It has become a tradition for most Thelotians to do all their shopping on a Friday, and as such these narrow streets quickly become the most dense areas in the city.

This is one of the oldest parts of the city - the streets still have their old brick lining.

A rich and prosperous district that thrives on the bottom feeders of society, The Red Light District is home to everything that is and should be illegal. Not only is it the most popular place for drink and drugs, it is also rumored to house illegal Mages.

This is a puzzling part of the city, during their rapid expansion the Thelotian government needed to build housing quickly for their many homeless people. So they went under a rapid expansion that came out looking like small houses piled on top of each other.

Weirdly enough these are incredibly stable structures.

While Thelotia's massive factory-based industry sector may have died off, the legacy of it lives on in this predominantly middle-class district. Great apartment buildings, factories and small businesses have given this district a culture and life of its own.

The high class accounts for nearly twenty percent of Thelotia's population, which means this district is particularly large and snugged up right near the Financial District. It was commonly referred to as the 'Elite State' by a socialist group nearly a century ago.

It just so happens that among the lower classes, the name stuck.
