(Open to government and Imperial players.)
"Outrageous!" Darion roared at a group of Police Commanders who had come for a meeting, "How could you let the Rebels seize control of one of our Districts!"
"Mr. President, you s-see-"
"Get out!" He yelled, causing the Commanders to quickly run for the door, "And get my District back!" The door slammed shut behind the Commanders, leaving a rather annoyed Darion to sit back in his chair, grumbling at the news he had just received. The 'rebels' were considered nothing but a street gang, which meant that they weren't legally allowed to use military force against them... but at the rate this was going, he might need to deploy the military to stop this wave of rebels.
He sighed, "Bring in my Officers." Darion said to an aid who was standing in the side of the room, "I need to speak to them."

Sicarius was standing in the hallway, and someone went out of the room, Sir, the president was looking for you. Sicarius approached the room, and he hold the door knob, and turned it. He entered the room, the President sat in his chair. He's looking to have some trouble, he's in a bad stress. Reporting in, sir, said Sicarius. Sicarius stood beside the president's. This's must be an important thing, we'll do our best.

"Yes, this is important." Darion said through his teeth, the older man was clearly annoyed at the success of his brother's little 'gang'. "What do you know of these so called 'Rebels', Sicarius?"
Darion's led was shaking a bit, a result of a battle wound that acted up when he was annoyed. His fight in the 'war of independence' left many scars on the older man, many which came to the surface when he got annoyed.

Sicarius was hearing the president. What do you know of these so called 'Rebels', Sicarius?. Sicarius started to explain, I think they're up to something. The only I know is, that's this rebel was angry when the Government started locking up mana users. And also, when Titan Inc uses this menu users, they rose. There's something they need from this menu users. They need some freedoms! But, their way was wrong, the Government always do their best to protect this continent. We need to take down these rebels, and I will do my best to help it! Sicarius gave all his knowledge about the rebels. He was thinking that such power could rise and become a massive chaos.

"Mana users is a sin to our society..." Darion shook his head, "Injecting such a substance as mana into your skin is disgusting and dangerous." His finger tapped against the table for about a minute more until he regained his calm. The Rebels were up to the police to take care of for now, they had more pressing matters.
"Sicarius..." He began, motioning for the officer to take a seat in front of his desk, "What if I told you I need you to do a little... 'babysitting' for me?"

The President said, "What if I told you I need you to do a little... 'babysitting' for me?" , Sicarius surprised to hear the word "Babysitting". Sicarius gave the president a salute, Anything I could do for you and the government. I will do it , sir. What's it, sir?. But, still, he was confused. This must be... Sicarius said in his mind. Sicarius was sweating for no reason.

"Eh..." Darion reached into his desk and pulled out two files and a bottle of rich Thelotian alcohol that tasted like a smooth whiskey. He poured it into two cups and handed his officer one of them, "You'll need it." He added as he flipped through the file.
"A number of things are happening - our very dear corporate friends have a large, valuable shipment of inventory coming from our Gefyra city - they'd like protection. Also, are you aware of a young Imperial man named Icos? He's apparently here in Thelotia and is making a report for the Empire, so I want you to look after him."
Icos was well known, having been a Imperial Marine that fought in countless battles (mostly in the Failed States) he gained something of a celebrity status in Thelotia for his brave ventures.

Sicarius took the cup, and drink it, the taste of the alcohol is great. Also, are you aware of a young Imperial man named Icos? He's apparently here in Thelotia and is making a report for the Empire, so I want you to look after him." Sicarius nodded to the President's question, and he felt like he had heard the name, "Icos". Well, Sir. I'll look after him, and where should I go to meet him? This job would be the best suited job for me

"Ah, Ms. Heartwell." A young looking government officer had appeared in the peripherals of Alison's vision. "I believe the President is requesting your presence in his office, it seems extremely important." The young man did a quick salute before leaving her. Alison remained standing motionless in front of the imposing To Kentro building. She could feel the old stone walls staring into her back, seeming to almost burn through her. The smoke from her cigarette danced in front of her eyes before flying up into the sky.
Ms. Heartwell dropped her burning cigarette to the ground and then turned to enter the building. Alison was sure the meeting was about the recent rebel seizure of one of the districts. While mostly uninterested in the rebellion. She did genuinely believe that the current Thelotian government should keep power. If the rebels won then she didn't doubt that Thelotia would turn out like her home, the Failed States.
The security in To Kentro was heavy. She had to flash her clearance ID multiple times before finally reaching the President's office. Alison assumed she was late, she had taken her sweet time getting there. Alison stood before the heavy door to the office, took a deep breath and then entered.
"Alison Heartwell here." She noticed someone else was already there. "I guess I might be a little late." She smirked slightly before doing a half-hearted salute and stepping into place.
"What are we dealing with today?"

As Alison entered the room Darion motioned for her to take a seat by the desk, "Welcome. I've got a bit of an interesting mission for the two of you - a man named Icos, you may have heard of him, has requested to ride along with my Officers while he makes a report called 'state of the Imperial Colonies'. So you're going to take him on a ride while guarding a large amount of items that our corporate friends wish to keep safe."
Darion turned his attention back to Sicarius, "Icos will be meeting us here any moment now. Remember, he's the related to the Emperor, so treat him with respect..."

Outside of the building there seemed to be a small crowd gathering, seemly gawking at a particularly expensive car that pulled right up to the gates before being allowed to drive through. The man who stepped out of the car was a young man with sleek dark hair and a Imperial Marines uniform that seemed to gleam in the sunlight. Many people might have recognized him from the news coverage he received when he led a small group of Marines into the Failed States and destroyed a particularly brutal anti-Imperial tribe. He was good looking, Ellusian and intelligent - all things that fed directly into the celebrity culture Thelotia had developed.
Icos entered into the building, no guard dared to stop and question someone related to the Emperor, walking straight into the President office with an air of authority that rivaled the President's. "Good day, Mr. President." Icos bowed his head respectfully before stepping into the room, "I thank you very much for allowing me to travel amongst your finest officers. I do apologize, however, I seem to have forgotten their names..."
He looked tentatively at the two Officers and bowed to each respectfully, "My name is Icos, and yours are...?"

Sicarius nodded to the President. Then, a man entered the room. That man's name is Icos, he gave a bow to the officers and presidents. Sicarius gave a salute to Icos, my name is Sicarius, sir. Nice to meet you. Meeting a hero like you make me excited. His clothes were cool too. So, this is the man that needs an escorts, I will do my best sir to help you, Sicarius bowed respectfully to Icos. Well, when we'll start, sir? Sicarius asked Icos politely

Alison had had her fair share of run ins with Imperials. They often sent their men into the Failed States for training and to try and take land from the people living there. This was the first time Alison was in this close proximity to one where she wasn't fighting for her life. The man that had just entered the room was related to the Emperor and it showed, he carried himself with the regal of someone with true Imperial blood running through their veins.
As Icos bowed and entered Alison glanced at Sicarius, a loyal and capable government man, she was relieved to have someone like him at her side for this mission. For this mission Alison would have to swallow her pride, Alison may be a hot headed woman but she wasn't an idiot, she was in a room with very important people and she wasn't going to mess this up.
Despite coming from a place with very different customs, Alison found herself very quickly adapting to the manners of Thelotia. She followed suite and bowed quickly before Icos.
"Alison Heartwell." Her lips curled into a slight smile. "I've heard a lot about you, you're quite famous around here."

Icos grinned at the two officers, examining them both carefully - Sicarius was exactly as his file had read him to be; a true warrior of Thelotia, the kind you'd find during the war of Independence, fearsomely loyal was what Ellusian soldiers considered their Thelotian counterparts. Icos's eyes turned to Alison, he was absolutely stunned at what she saw, Alison seemed so familiar to him and it took a moment for him to comprehend why she was so familiar...
Desert Roses, that was what Imperial Marines called ladies like herself, they populated nightmares and dreams alike, they were a Marines worst fear. She was no doubt of Proti origins, perhaps near the Failed States region but Icos couldn't tell for sure. He smiled warmly towards her before turning back towards the President.
"Wonderful, Mr. President! I'm thrilled to be in the presence of such incredible warriors that I'm sure will keep me safe from the ravaging nature of Thelotian women!" He turned back to Sicarius, "I'm along for the ride, Officer. I shall move only when you are ready."

The President had sat back in his chair, watching as his Officers introduced themselves and Icos did the same, it was all very nice pleasantries. It was all very weird, though, these reports were done all the time, but never does the Emperor send someone of his blood to do the reporting. It was partly why he wanted his Officers with him, to keep an eye on Icos's actions for him...
"The train leaves tomorrow, I advise making the drive down to Gefyra City right away to prepare, it is a long drive after all." Gefyra City, the famous bridge city that crossed over Zoi's eye, had a very high tech system linking its mother city, Thelotia, directly to it. Over 60 billion Thelos worth of product crosses over that rail, it was vitally important to the city's economy.
