Zahkriit's face was one of horror and disgust, to think he would get be hung... for simply not dancing with a man. "But... You..." Zahkriit was trying to think of a way out of this, but then took a heavy sigh as he took his hand. "I swear, I will make you pay..." He said as he glared down Icos.

"Outta boy," Icos smirked as he took his hands, "Now, with me." What happened next could be described as the most awkward dance in history; the Ellusian step was a dance meant for two lovers, eyes locked, each step was more about emotion than accuracy. "Now do you see why this dance is awesome!?"
Just as they were dancing the elevator arrived on the floor, opening up to the Admiral and several other Marines who watched with blank stares as they danced.
"You've got such strong legs, you're a natural." Icos pointed out just before the Admiral raised his hand to his face and made a loud coughing noise.
"Excuse me," he began, Icos suddenly letting go of his friend and turning to the voice, "Was I interrupting anything?"

Two of the marines stood behind the Admiral were not even marines. They were two more members of the IIA who had just returned from a separate operation in order to be thrust straight onto another one, which was fine by the Noltimere twins, given it meant they could spend time with their good friend Icos. Acutus stood slightly taller than his sister, and was instantly recognisable thanks to the long brown duster coat that he was wearing, the feathered hat and the scoped rifle that was slung over his shoulder.
He had to suppress his giggles as he held his face in the palm of his hand before letting out a sigh and looking up at Icos.
"Oh dear, I do believe that we are interrupting something here, Admiral."

Natalia, like the other IIA agents, had been dragged to the military base on order of the Admiral, something that was potentially compromising of their covers. Still, seeing the two dance was enough enjoyment to make the agent smile.
"I think they were just about to kiss, too. It's very sweet, really."

Icos stared blankly at the three before letting his ally's hands go, dusting off his jacket and recomposing himself. "There's nothing wrong with a good dance between two friends. Besides, I was just showing my friend the superiority of Ellusian dancing compared to anarchy that Thelotians call dancing. Isn't that right?"
The Admiral glanced between the two of them before giving a simple shrug, "If you two would, please come this way, we have much to discuss." He motioned for the four of them to follow him towards his office.

Zahkriit glared at Icos as he wiped his hands and leaned into Icos' ear "I am going to make you pay." He whispered. He regained his composure and walked behind Icos to the Admiral office, and started to wonder who the other 2 were.

"Ah yes, I'm going to pay for this." Icos shrugged as they walked into the admiral's office. The office was a rather big one; the floors built with spotless tiles, the desk made of Proti marble and massive, thick curtains that were closed the windows that would normally give the view of the entire Ellusian fleet.
The Admiral walked over, rounded his table and sat down on his chair, looking at the four IIA agents. "I suppose you are all acquainted...?"
"Actually, no..." Icos glanced back at the three, "Zahkriit - the larger man to your left is Acutus and the lady with the charming smile is Natalia. You may have heard of them, the 'Ellusian Dragons' I believe they were called. Acutus and Natalia, Zahkriit is an old friend from training, he was one of the head officers at the Ellusian Research and Development until he joined me here."

"Good day to you, Mister Zahkriit." Acutus said, a slight inclination of the head and his gloved right hand moving to raise his hat ever so slightly. Standing back to his neutral position, he lightly clapped his hands together as he looked across the table at the Admiral who had clearly chosen the much more comfortable option of taking a seat.
"Anyway, why is it that we've all been called together? It's rather peculiar is it not, to have four members of the Imperial Intelligence Agency all gathered together for a single operation, at least, that is the case outside of open warfare." He raised an eyebrow, glancing across at his twin sister, before then looking across at Zahkriit, Icos and then finally at the Admiral.
"Whatever reason we're here is surely of high importance, I'd assume."

"Ah, I've heard of them, as many who were deployed to the Failed states." Zahkriit said as he gave a small bow to them, then he walked over and stood between the desk of the admiral and door. He looked around to see what was in the room and get his bearings.

"I assume you've heard of the recent explosion that sunk a tanker?" The Admiral asked, causing Icos to shift his head a bit at the question.
"That one that was shipping mana into the city?"
"Dust Collection Agency." The Admiral merely said, "I imagine that's why you sunk it."
Icos's eyes widened at those words, "That belonged to the Dust Collection Agency? How do you know this?"
"We know about everything that goes on around our base."
"And you declined to tell me this?" Icos hissed, "We've been hunting this organization for months now!"
"Don't bullshit with me," The old man growled, "Only the IIA would have the resources and manpower to openly declare war on the Agency. Nobody in the city is capable of such thing."
"As much as I admire the style - flashy, carries a message. I was not responsible for that. And I think what is more important is the fact you're holding information back from the IIA!" Icos was furious, months of tracking had been wasted when Dust Collection Agency had a shipping center right under the nose of the IIA. "This borderlines on treason Admiral!"
The older man clearly did not appreciate such words coming from a younger man such as Icos. He stood up and responded to Icos's words in kind, "I the right call. Dust has left us alone and we've been operating fine, now that you've gone and pulled this stunt we'll have Dust harassing our sailors!"
"I did NOT orchestrate this!"

Acutus coughed, rather loudly, into his fist. It was times like this that he was glad he had spent as much time convincing people to look at things from his point of view rather than simply just shooting them in the face.
"Now, now gentlemen, let's all set our handbags down and discuss this rationally, shall we?" Started the silver-tongued agent. "It appears that both of you have made rather irrational mistakes than the other will no doubt pay the price for, but all that is said and done is said and done. Yes, the tanker was sunk, but all the same you have still gathered multiple member of the IIA so I would still be under the belief that you have gathered us here for a reason other than to shame Icos in front of us all."
Acutus raised a dark eyebrow.
"So, do we get to hear that reason..?"

The Admiral fell back in his chair, clearly had his fill of butting heads with Icos, he reached into his desk and pulled out a rather thick file. "Given the fact that we're now in open warfare with Dust Collection Agency, I have a list of people you can pursue..." He slid the file over to Icos, "These people need to be taken care of, quickly."
Icos took the file and opened it up; it was a small list of names, but the names in it meant a great deal. "What the..." Icos began as he glanced through these names, "Some of these people are CEO of major Thelotian companies."
"All under Dust, all capable of enough information that could... shame the Empire."
Icos looked at the Admiral with a new found hate. He was dirty, Icos knew that by the fact he wasn't going through official channels - he wanted them to take out his garbage before they could unleash information that could cause him to lose his job. This Admiral was probably being paid by Dust to keep quite over their shipping companies.
Icos handed the files over to Acutus, wondering if he'd get the same idea Icos had.

Acutus took the file from Icos and eyebrow still raised, started to flick through it. He let out a small file as he flipped it shut and slid it across the table towards Zahkriit and Natalia. He, meanwhile, glanced across at Icos before he turned his attention back to the Admiral.
"All capable of enough information that could shame you, you mean?" He queried, crossing his arms against his chest. "You intend to use us as your own personal reapers to clean up the mess that you have made." His gaze drifted around the room. He didn't like this, it seems that this Admiral was fairly corrupt, but he wasn't about to come out and say it...
"I must say, Admiral, it's thankful that there's not an awful lot of evidence, because it would almost seem like you're working alongside Dust."
Although he would suggest it...

Natalia took the files and looked through them, "Usar Telluan, isn't that Thelotia's financial minister? It says here he's been selling the Dust Collection Agency information for years regarding local companies, your file implies he's some sort of commander of the group."
The IIA didn't usually question who their targets were; Ellusian citizens, fine, Thelotian citizens, fine... but attacking a member of the government was risky in every way possible. She passed the files over to Zahkriit and crossed her arms, "I think we need to run these missions by a higher authority, first."

Zahkriit looked at the files and started to finger though them slowly. He examined each file, each page in close detail as the others continued to talk. He wanted to see about any information that they might have skipped over, or anything they could use. He leaned against the wall as he answered Natalia. "If we need to run it though a higher authority, with this high of a person involved, we could be possibly be shoving papers for the rest of our careers." He said as he opened a new file to look though.
