Although the bulk of the security is provided by the military, there is a security force that handles crimes on a more local level. They are notoriously racist, having been accused of conducting hate crimes for many years.

The building which they inhabit are incredibly nice looking structures that stretch wide and high.

The rapidly growing ice surrounding the ports forces this city to only accept so many ships at a time. The docks are owned by local gang members, too often does fighting suddenly ignite in attempt to control other areas in the ports.

A manufacturing district that never exactly took off, although the labor is much cheaper here than in many places, the danger made it undesirable for Thelotian investors and Ellusian investors focused on building their factories in Proti. There are many abandoned factories here.

Built as a sign of the Dwarven hold on the colony, this massive castle stands on the top of the highest hill in the city. Overtime as Thelotia took control over the city, the castle remains the home of the Military overseer.

This district is full of bars, showrooms, casinos and dollar stores. Built as part of a stimulus program by the Thelotian government nearly half a century ago, most of the buildings were filled with ill business that the government didn't really want to see put there.

It was named off the first Military Governor.
