"W-whoa!" Amorite yelped, not expecting that thing to move so quickly. He tried to use his mana powers once again, yet not only was he getting more and more warn out but that thing's movements were far too fast for him. Amorite took the hit hard, knocking the man straight down to the ground with such a loud 'thump' that there was no doubt he had broken many bones - if he was at all alive.
Thankfully he was and Amorite struggled to pull himself up, "Ah..." He yelped, blood beginning to pool inside his mouth. Perhaps it was the adrenalin or maybe the unusual amount of mana in the air that Amorite's life was spared and he even found enough strength to pull himself up, if not too slow for his liking. "Shit... move..." He gasped making only a brief glance to see where it was, "Move man, move!" Amorite cursed himself, begging his body for more strength.

Three shots rang off slamming against the hulking moving metal chassis, doing nothing but making sparks against it, "Amorite get out of there!" Damn it, there was a lot of distance between me and Amorite, and not a lot of time to get down to him, I cocked my rifle, my only chance to save him was to either kill that thing, or draw it's attention off of him, I was betting on the latter, I shot the thing again, "Come over here you son of a bitch."

"Amorite!" Hana screamed and started towards him but backed away in hesitation. She couldn't see the thing, why risk her own safety, if she even had any of that, for someone else? But she was apart of a team now, she could just stand and do nothing. Hana had to help. So she ran. It felt like being a moving target out on a shooting area. She was so hoping that thing wouldn't suddenly jump out and decide she was worth one good swipe and knock her out of the game. "Amorite!" Hana gasped and crouched to his side, breathing heavy from the that heart pounding run. "Oh god." She whispered, looking him up and down. "Can you move?" She placed one of her swords on the ground and held out of her. She was trying to think two steps ahead. Get him out of the open and maybe with all this mana floating in the air, he will be able to heal.

The Stalker never came. After leaping up after Amorite, it seemed to have vanished into thin air.
Meanwhile, Kri had finally caught up to Connor and The Girl, and was taking a moment to catch his breath. How the hell had The Stalker managed to track them like that? And why had it been heading in the direction of these two initially rather than heading towards Kri himself? Every other time in the past it had been solely focused on Kri and Kri alone, admittedly, he wasn't going to complain if other people garnered it's attention. It may have sounded horrible, but it would be nice to have some time without worrying about having a giant hulking metal creature chasing after him. Still, all the same.
"Yeah!" He said to Connor. "Let's go with John Jacob Jingleshmingleschmiddy." He shook his head, he wasn't going to try and pronounce it again.
"Listen," He continued. "I don't know what it was all about, but that Girl said something which caught The Stalkers attention, it caught mine too... It must be tied, linked to... Nevermind." He once again shook his head. "Either way, there's more to this than I understand, but we need to get The Girl out of here." He was chewing his bottom lip, he didn't quite like his next suggestion himself, let alone how the little one would feel about it. "I'm guessing that she said something, something that pulled the attention of both me and The Stalker... If that's the case..." He let out a heavy sigh.
"I think we should gag her, or something... Trust me, it sounds crazy, but we can not have that thing on our tail."

Amorite looked over at Hana, blinking a couple of times before opening his mouth, a fair portion of blood spilling out as he spoke, "Mommy... why are you here?" That awkward sentence was followed with Amorite collapsing completely to the ground, his body not able to take any more abuse simply seemed to shut down. Although Hana was right, the intense amount of mana in the air did supply a sort of healing effect to those in the range - it was probably what kept Amorite alive.
The little girl looked between Kri and Connor, a confused look on her face as she got the feeling they were conspiring to do something she wouldn't exactly like. This was one of those times when she really wished she could understand what they were saying, she could get the gist of it but really it was making her head hurt... perhaps she should say something about it. "Τι μιλάμε για δύο? Γκρι, τι είναι αυτά που λες?" Her responses were directed at Kri, she already knew Connor was unable to understand her but surely Kri could!

Hana's worried vanished and replaced with the urge to knee Amorite in the ribs. She stood up and heaved a great sigh. "Honestly." She mutters, shaking her head. Glancing around before sliding her arms through Amorite's. "Okay big guy lets--(grunt)--see if ...we can get... you out of sight!" Hana dragged him to the nearest building, hiding him in the shadows, before flailing to the ground right next to him. "Geez, why do men have to weight so much?"
Hana took a moment to catch her breath before returning to pick up her sword. She had no doubt that the big brother who has a thing for guns of his would find Amorite and take care of him.
She was going to regroup and find the others. She followed at her guess where she last saw some of the leave, and the soon enough came across voices. "Gag her?" Hana questioned, coming into sight. Her eyes fell on the child, no braver than a doe and no stronger from the looks of it either. "What is she even saying? What language is that?" Hana couldn't recall anything like that in the books she studied.

Kri paused for a moment, his eyes widening. Hell, he had no clue what this girl was saying, but again the words that she was speaking seemed to be pulling him forwards, but then again, that last time it had happened to him...
A loud shrieking roar.
Kri visibly cringed as the sound of The Stalker suddenly landing on a rooftop nearby drew the Rebel's attention up to the skyline... The Stalker was aiming it's massive rifle down at the group.
"I don't know what language it is..." Kri breathed, taking a step back.
"But I think The Stalker speaks it..."

My eyes widened and I put my hand on the girl's mouth, making the same 'shh'ing noise from earlier to remind her what I said. I looked around through the allies, trying to pick the best area to dive away from. Unfortunately I was kind of at the mercy of the Rebels as they had bases and all that fun stuff.
"Anyone have an ideas where to go?"

"Anywhere but here... We need to get the hell away from this thing and find somewhere else to lay low..." Kri muttered as he looked up at The Stalker. It seemed to be taking a moment to read in who was a part of the group, before it's gaze fell on Kri. It had found it's target. The rifle suddenly came to bear upon Connor and The Girl, before it launched a huge shell in their direction.
"Shit!"
Kri stepped in front of the pair and held up his free hand, beads of sweat forming underneath the kerchief upon his head as he used his magic to halt the shell in mid-flight. It hovered in place as Kri cancelled out the effects of gravity around it, the shell gently floating away from them for a moment before it left the small anti-gravity field that he had made, at which point it collapsed to the ground.
"Now... We go now..."

"Works for me!" I yelled, keeping my hand over the girl's mouth and running through the alleyways, once again on another run for my life. Ducking through corners and curves, I kept my pace so the others could follow but not slow enough to be caught. I didn't really know who this girl was, what she could do, and why everyone wants her so much. I just knew what I had to do for this moment was to get us all out alive, then we could figure out what to do later...whenever that may be anyway, feels like we've been running forever.

"Go! Go! Go!"
Soldiers suddenly started pouring into the alleyways of the Lost Path, aiming to capture their target. Every soldier had a picture of Kri in their pockets, each man carried a state of the art, bolt-action rifle and a revolver. By the standards of a company, it was a small army on Titan Inc.'s part, and they truly looked like they meant business. It wouldn't take them long to find the Rebels, given how many soldiers they were and how fast they were moving.
"Apprehend anyone who gets in your way! I want all of these buildings sweeped and searched before sunrise!" Their commander yelled as they started taking positions around the area.
Kri meanwhile was running behind Connor and The Girl, occasionally looking over his shoulder to see The Stalker making leaps and bounds over the rooftops to keep pace with them. It tried to bring it's rifle to bear on them, but at the speed they were moving and the few overhands on the buildings, it was struggling to get a clear shot. It would instead try and Shepard them towards more open terrain.

"You know Kri if you have any ideas I'd be glad to hear them!" I shouted, ducking through more alleys until I began to wonder how many damn alleys were there. "Because this running thing clearly isn't working!"
If it wasn't the Government, it was something close to the government or in this case a diver suit reject from a fantasy storybook. This girl clearly had enemies that she didn't really deserve right now. As well as friends who were lucky to be able to protect her.

"Freeze!" A voice commanded as they rounded the corner, coming face to face with three soldiers, "Nobody move-" Suddenly a sweeping cloud of smoke slammed into the group, (mostly) harmlessly tossing them into the nearest wall. Amorite formed out from the smoke, looking back at the three he gave a small smirk.
"We need a place to hide, like, now." Amorite had asked Lee to get car for them, hopefully it won't take too long. His eyes locked onto the young girl, happy to see the child was still okay. "Because this party is getting waaaay to crowded!"

Finding a car was easy I ran into one parked beside a building entrance, the truck was locked of course, I pulled out my revolver, and slammed the butt of my gun into the window which shattered all over the seat and floor. I cleared the sharp glass from the bottom of the window before reaching in and popping the lock.
I put my revolver on the passenger seat, un-sheathed my combat knife and used it to remove the plastic from the steering column, found the wiring harness, to hot wire the truck, fortunately it worked and the truck sputtered to life.
It seemed I had arrived just in time, as I pulled up soldiers were closing in on the group, I pushed the pedal to the floor driving the truck into a group of soldiers. Before any soldiers had enough time to react, I stopped the car, got my revolver and with six deafening shots their brains lay all over the street, "Everyone get in!" I emptied the barrel and loaded more ammo in, prepared to cover them as they made their way to me.

"Go! Hustle!" Kri shouted as he looked over his shoulder to see The Stalker bounding onto another rooftop to try and get a proper bead on them and the truck. If it managed to hit their only escape option, then they were absolutely done for. Kri hopped into the bed of the truck and held his arms out for the girl, and for Connor to clamber into the truck after her, before motioning for Amorite to get into the passenger side of the vehicle. The others were probably far enough away now that they would be able to get away of their own devices.
"We need to get out of this district!" Kri yelled. "Every time The Stalker's followed me, it's always refused to go into anywhere too densely populated. I think it's because of fear of collateral damage. If you can get us away from The Lost Path and deeper into the Red Light District, it should stop following us!"
